Congratulations to Cheryl Lobo, PhD, Head of the Lindsley F. Kimball Research Institute’s Laboratory of Blood-Borne Parasites, who was recently inducted into the AABB National Blood Foundation (NBF) Hall of Fame.
Established in 2007, the NBF Hall of Fame was created to recognize and honor ‘a prestigious and select group of NBF grant recipients who leveraged their early-career grant funding into successful careers in transfusion medicine, cellular therapies, or patient blood management and who demonstrated exemplary leadership within the field.’
