June 15, 2023 – NYBC Enterprises recently hosted the groundbreaking of our new state-of-the-art campus on Thursday, June 15. This 187,000-square-foot campus located at 601 Midland Ave in Rye, NY, will be home to NYBC’s tri-state operations, including space for life sciences research, blood collections, processing and cell therapy manufacturing.
NYBCe was joined by New York State Assemblymember Steve Otis, Rye Mayor Josh Cohen, Rye City Manager Greg Usry, Deborah Novick, Director of the Westchester County Executive’s Office, Consigli Construction Co., G3 Architecture Interiors Planning and George Comfort & Sons for the press conference and official groundbreaking event that marked the start of construction at the campus.
